Ordering and delivery of personalised lollipops
Personalised lollipops are made to order. Here is an overview before you choose your design.
1. Choose and personalise your design
Choose one of our personalised designs or use your own artwork. Check text, names, colour preferences, quantities and selected files in your summary.
2. Discuss special requests
Contact us before buying if you have a specific deadline, complex artwork or a large quantity to discuss.
3. Production and shipping
The current terms normally allow at least 7 days for production before dispatch. Transit time is additional. Delivery options and shipping costs will be shown in the finished webshop.
4. Payment and terms
Consumer prices include VAT. Business prices are clearly marked as excluding VAT. Always read the current terms at sugarpilots.com before buying. This preview does not accept payments.
